Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

Shipping Within Pakistan

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days for major cities

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount, which will be clearly mentioned during checkout or promotional campaigns.

International Shipping

Currently, Him & Her delivers only within Pakistan.
International shipping services may be introduced in the future. Updates will be shared through our website and official communication channels.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via email.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through our courier partner’s website.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery delays.

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery.

  • Orders that cannot be delivered after multiple attempts may be returned to us.

Delays and Exceptions

  • Delivery timelines may be extended during sales, promotional periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions.

  • Him & Her is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services; however, we will assist you in resolving delivery-related issues.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.

  • A PKR 500 advance payment is required to confirm orders placed via Cash on Delivery.

  • Please ensure the remaining balance is available at the time of delivery.
